I am a marketing professional with over five years of experience in digital communication, website design and online marketing.

I am also passionate about consumer behavior and learning what drives consumers to make the choices they do and why. In other words, I enjoy learning about their buying process and motivations.
Understanding your Customers
I take those learnings, dig for valuable insights and create campaigns that are relevant and that resonate with consumers.
I believe that a) if you don’t know your customer well enough, and b) demonstrate lack of interest in their needs -- you are more likely to alienate them instead of keeping them loyal.
As a result, I profoundly believe that campaigns and messages must be relevant, so that consumers can relate to; memorable, so they do not forget them, and appealing enough that make them want to take action and come back to you.
Testing and Results
Finally, I put strong emphasis on the importance of testing and measurement of a campaign or marketing initiative to ensure that the right results are achieved.
